CHAP. 1208.— An Act granting a pension to Clara H. McIntire.September 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United. Slates of America in Congress assembled*,Clara H. McIntire.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior’ be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Clara H. McIntire, dependent step-mother of Oren McIntire, late a private in Company H, Eighteenth Regiment of Massachusetts Volunteers. Approved, September 30, 1890.
