CHAP. 1200.— An Act granting a pension to Cynthia A. Gudgell.September 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Cynthia A. Gudgell.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Cynthia A. Gudgell, at the rate of twelve dollars a month. Approved, September 30, 1890.
