CHAP. 1197.— An Act granting a pension to Wick Morgan.September 30, 1890. *Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Wick Morgan.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Wick Morgan, late major of the Seventy-sixth Regiment of Enrolled Missouri Militia, and' late major of the Fifteenth Regiment of Missouri Cavalry Volunteers. Approved, September 30, 1890.
