CHAP. 119.— An Act to grant a pension to Major-General Franz Sigel.February 7, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Franz Sigel.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Franz Sigel, late major-general of volunteers in the Union Army, at the rate of one hundred dollars per month, from and after the passage of this act. Approved, February 7, 1891.
