CHAP. 1186.— An Act to remove charges of desertion from Ellery C. Folger.September 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Représentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,EHery C. Folger.Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion from Ellery C. Folger, late a member of Company H. Eleventh New York Volunteers (Ellsworth Fire Zouaves) Honorable discharge.and grant him an honorable discharge as of August first, eighteen hundred and sixty-one. Approved, September 30, 1890.
