CHAP. 1185.— An Act to remove the charge of desertion against Daniel W. SelleckSeptember 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Daniel W. Selleck.Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of War is hereby authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion from the military record of Daniel W. Selleck, as a private of Company B. of the Ninth Regiment of Indiana Volunteers, and substitute therefor, “discharged from the military service on the twenty-sixth day of February, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, by reason of being under the age of eighteen years, and of having enlisted and re-enlisted without the knowledge or consent of his Honorable discharge.parents:” and further, to issue to said Selleck a discharge as of date of February twenty-sixth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, by reason of being under the age of eighteen years and having enlisted with-out the knowledge or consent of his parents.
