CHAP. 1184.— An Act to remove the charge of desertion against John Milroy, and authorizing his honorable discharge.September 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Milroy.Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of War be. and he is hereby, authorized to remove the charge of desertion against John Milroy, late a private soldier in Company F, of the One hundred and fifty-fourth Regiment Indiana Volunteers and substitute therefor.
Absent without leave since July eighth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, to the muster out of his company,” Discharge.and to issue to said soldier a discharge accordingly. Approved, September 30, 1890.
