CHAP. 118.— An Act granting a pension to Cynthia Day.April 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Cynthia DayPension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place the name of Cynthia Day, widow of John Day, late of Captain Moses Eggleston’s company of New York Militia, war of eighteen hundred and twelve, on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, April 21, 1890.
