CHAP. 1177.— An Act granting a increase of pension to Mrs. Rebecca E. Simon.September 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Rebecca E. Simon.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to re-issue the pension certificate of Mrs. Rebecca E. Simon, widow of William I. Simon, late surgeon United States Navy, and allow her a pension at fifty dollars per month, the same to be in lieu of the pension now paid her. Approved, September 30, 1890.
