CHAP. 1176.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Eliza Efner, a pensioner of the war of eighteen hundred and twelve.September 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Slates of America in Congress assembled*,Eliza Efner.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Eliza Efner, a pensioner of the war of eighteen hundred and twelve, at the rate of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of the amount now received. Approved, September 30, 1890.
