CHAP. 1174.— An Act granting a pension to Montraville A. Harrington.September 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Slates of America in Congress assembled*,Montraville A. Harrington.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws, the name of Montraville A. Harrington, dependent father of Fazelo A. Harrington, deceased, late Colonel of the Twenty-seventh Regiment Illinois Volunteers. Approved, September 30, 1890.
