CHAP. 1170.— An Act granting a pension to Sarah McCormick.September 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled*,Sarah McCormick.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sarah McCormick, of Woodleaf, Rowan County, North Carolina, widow of Jacob Rary, a soldier of the war of eighteen hundred and twelve, and that she be paid the sum of twenty-five dollars per month. Approved, September 30, 1890.
