CHAP. 117.— An Act granting a pension to Lucy R. Olmstead.April 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lucy R. Olmstead.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lucy R. Olmstead, widow of Montgomery Olmstead, late Company E, Thirteenth Massachusetts Volunteers. Approved, April 21, 1890.
