CHAP. 1168.— An Act granting a pension to Thompson RileySeptember 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Thompson Riley.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to place upon the invalid pension-rolls, at the rate of twenty dollars a month, the name of Thompson Riley, of Captain Lemuel Ford’s company of Indiana troops in the Black Hawk war Approved, September 30, 1890.
