That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll. subject to the provisions and limitations of the 1298 pension laws, the name of Calvin Gunn, late a member of Captain Isaac G. Messer’s company of California Volunteers, in the Humboldt, California, Indian War of eighteen hundred and fifty-eight. Approved, September 30, 1890.
