CHAP. 1162.— An Act granting a pension to Clarrissa Barker.September 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Clarrissa Barker.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and hereby is. authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions of the pension laws, the name of Clarrissa Barker, widow of William P Barker, late a private in Company E, Sixth Regiment New York Heavy Artillery Volunteers. Approved, September 30, 1890.
