CHAP. 116.— An Act granting a pension to Margaret J. Fletcher.April 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Margaret J, Fletcher.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions anti limitations of the pension laws, the name of Margaret J. Fletcher, of Illinois, a nurse in the Army of the United States during the late rebellion, at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 21, 1890.
