CHAP. 1155.— An Act granting a pension to Malinda Foreman.September 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Malinda Foreman.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Malinda Foreman, widow, and minor children of William H. Foreman, late of Company H, Ninety-fourth Regiment Ohio Volunteers. Approved, September 30, 1890.
