CHAP. 115.— An Act granting a pension to Sarah McTavey.April 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and. House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Sarah McTavey.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, the name of Sarah McTavey, widow of Eli Newell, a soldier in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 21, 1890.
