CHAP. 1148.— An Act to place the name of Sarah A. Smail upon the pension-roll.September 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Sarah A. Smail.Pension. That Sarah A. Smail, blind and dependent sister of James H. Smail, deceased, late a private in Company B, Fifth Regiment Iowa Volunteers (and who was killed in battle at Iuka, in the State of Mississippi, on or about September nineteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-two), be, and she is hereby, placed upon the pension-roll and granted a pension. Approved, September 30, 1890.
