CHAP. 1141.— An Act increasing the pension of Mrs. Clementina Fink.September 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House, of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled*,Clementine Fink.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mrs. Clementine Fink, widow of Captain Fink, late of Company , First Regiment of Michigan Volunteers, and pay her a pension of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of that which she is now receiving. Approved, September 30, 1890.
