CHAP. 1140.— An Act increasing the pension of Presly Hale.September 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Presly Hale.Pension Increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Presly Hale, late a private of Company E, Sixty-fifth Regiment Indiana Volunteers, and allow him forty dollars per month from the date of the passage of this act. Approved, September 30, 1890.
