CHAP. 1139.— An Act increasing the pension of James M. Monroe.September 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Stales of America in Congress assembled*,James M. Monroe.Pension increased. That the pension now granted to James M. Monroe, for “loss of left leg and part of right foot,” as a member of Company G. Forty-second Ohio Volunteer Infantry, be increased to forty dollars per month. Approved, September 30, 1890.
