CHAP. 1138.— An Act increasing the pension of John B. Reed, late lieutenant-colonel of the One hundred and thirtieth Regiment Illinois Volunteers.September 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John B. Reed.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to continue the name of John B. Reed, late lieutenant-colonel of the One hundred and thirtieth Regiment Illinois Volunteers, on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws; at the rate of fifty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension of twenty- five dollars per month.
