CHAP. 113.— An Act granting a pension to Elizabeth E. Groff.April 21, 1890. *Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elizabeth E. Groff,Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, the name of 'Mrs Elizabeth E. Groff, widow of Charles H. Groff, late a private in Company K, Forty-fourth Regiment Iowa Volunteers, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, April 21, 1890.
