CHAP. 1116.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Prentiss M. Fogler.September 29, 1890. *Be it enacted, by the Senate and House, of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Prentiss M. Fogler.Pension increased. That the pension of Prentiss M. Fogler, of Augusta, Maine, late a captain in Company I. Twentieth Regiment Maine Volunteers, be, and hereby is, increased to fifty dollars a month: *Provided*, That this act shall not*Proviso.*Further increase not barred. be construed to prevent any further increase by the Pension Office to which the beneficiary may at any time become entitled.
