CHAP. 1114.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Michael Hargain.September 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Michael Hargain.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Michael Hargain, late a seaman on the United States schooner Otsego, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars a month, in lieu of the amount now paid him. Approved, September 29, 1890.
