CHAP. 1112.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Charles E. Osborne.September 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Charles E. Osborne.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to pay to Charles E. Osborne, late a soldier of the Mexican war. the sum of twenty-five dollars a month, in lieu of the amount of pension now Said him under certificate numbered fourteen thousand nine hundred and eighty-six. Approved, September 29, 1890.
