CHAP. 1103.— An Act granting a pension to John Scudder.September 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Scudder.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-rolls, at the rate of twelve dollars per month, the name of John Scudder, father of John Sydney Scudder, late a private in Company I, Twentieth Regiment New York State Volunteers. Approved, September 29, 1890.
