CHAP. 1102.— An Act granting a pension to Lewis W. Bloom, of Etna, Kansas.September 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lewis W. Bloom.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lewis W. Bloom, late a member of the Fifth Ohio Light Artillery. Approved, September 29, 1890.
