CHAP. 1100.— An Act granting pension to Mrs. Lillis Otis.September 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lillis Otis.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place the name of Mrs. Lillis Otis on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws of the United States, as the widow of Uriah Otis, deceased, a soldier of Company C, Twentieth Connecticut Infantry, in the war of eighteen hundred and sixty- one to eighteen hundred and sixty-five.
