CHAP. 110.— An Act to provide increase of pension to Hosea Brown, of the war of eighteen hundred and twelveJanuary 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Hosea Brown.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Hosea Brown, formerly a member of Captain Edward Burgess’s company of New York Militia, and who was in the military service in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve, to forty dollars per month, in lieu of the eight dollars per month he is now receiving under his pension certificate numbered twenty-four thousand five hundred and eighty.
