CHAP. 1099.— An Act granting a pension to Mary Cannon, daughter of James Cannon, late of Company D, One hundred and twenty-fifth Regiment New York Volunteers.September 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary Cannon.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Cannon, the blind and dependent daughter of James Cannon, deceased, late a private of Company D, One hundred and twenty-fifth Regiment New York Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
