CHAP. 1096.— An Act to place the name of Hettie McConnell on the pension-roll.September 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Hettie McConnell.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Hettie McConnell, widow of H, K. McConnell, late Colonel of the Seventy-first Ohio Volunteer Infantry, on the pension-roll. subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, September 29, 1890.
