CHAP. 1094.— An Act to pension Elizabeth R. Lockett.September 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elizabeth R. Lockett.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and the same is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth R. Lockett, of Village, 1287 Columbia County, Arkansas, widow of Osborn Lockett, late of Captain Reese’s company of Alabama Volunteers, in the Indian war of eighteen hundred and thirty-six. and allow her a pension at eight dollars per month. Approved, September 29, 1890.
