CHAP. 1093.— An Act to pension Gabriel StephensSeptember 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Gabriel Stephens.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Gabriel Stephens, of Bradley County, Arkansas, who served in Captain J. W, Pierson’s company of Tennessee Volunteers, Indian war, eighteen hundred and thirty-six and eighteen hundred and thirty-seven, and pay him the same pension as is allowed by law for service in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve. Approved, September 29, 1890.
