CHAP. 1091.— An Act for the relief of John B. Roper.September 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John B. Roller.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to place the name of John B. Roper, late a lieutenant of Company A. First Regiment Illinois Volunteers in Mexican war, upon the pension-rolls at the rate of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension of seventeen dollars now being received by said Roper. Approved, September 29, 1890.
