CHAP. 1090.— An Act for the relief of Mary E. Hicks.September 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Stales of America in Congress assembled*,Mary E. Hicks.Pension restored. That the act entitled “An act to restore pensions in certain cases” approved June Vol. 21. p. 170.ninth, eighteen hundred and eighty, shall be construed so as to include within its provisions Mary E. Hicks, widow of Captain Daniel Hicks of the Adrian Guards, Mexican War. Approved, September 29, 1890.
