CHAP. 109.— An Act for the relief of John J. Freeland.April 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John J. Freeland.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to re-store to the pension-rolls the name of John J. Freeland, late corporal of Company I, Seventy-fourth Regiment, Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that which he is now receiving. Approved, April 21, 1890.
