CHAP. 1089.— An Act for the relief of Olive M. Hechtman.September 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled*,Vol. 21, p. 170. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to tile provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Olive M. Hechtman. as volunteer nurse, at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, September 29, 1890.
