CHAP. 1086.— An Act for the relief of Thomas Nelson.September 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Thomas Nelson.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior'be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Thomas Nelson, late a private in Company E, Third Wisconsin Infantry Volunteers, and subsequently second lieutenant of Company E, Forty-fifth Wisconsin Infantry Volunteers, to forty-five dollars per month, and to pay him such pension from and after the passage of this act. Approved, September 29, 1890.
