CHAP. 1085.— An Act to increase the pension of Cecilia I. Woods.September 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Cecilia I. Woods.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is. authorized and directed to place the name of Cecilia I. Woods on the pension-roll of the United States, at the rating of fifty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension of thirty dollars per month which she is now receiving on certificate numbered two hundred and sixteen thousand six hundred and thirty-six, as the widow of Charles R.
