CHAP. 1082.— An Act to increase the pension of Charles Barker.September 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Charles Barker.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Charles Barker late of Company I, First Regiment North Carolina Volunteers, Mexican war, from eight dollars per month as now received under act of January twenty-ninth, eighteen hundred and eighty-seven to thirty dollars per month. Approved, September 29, 1890.
