CHAP. 1080.— An Act to increase the pension of Alexander Forsyth.September 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Alexander Forsyth.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior is authorized and directed to increase the pension of Alexander Forsyth, late of Company K. Eleventh Wisconsin Volunteers, to thirty dollars a month. Approved, September 29, 1890.
