CHAP. 108.— An Act to authorize the Secretary of War to remove the charges of desertion from the records of the War Department as to Dudley Johnson, late ordnance sergeant, United States Army.January 26, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Dudley Johnson.Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized to remove the charges of FIFTY-FIRST CONGRESS. Sess. II.
