CHAP. 108.— An Act for the relief of Elizabeth O. GibsonApril 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elizabeth O. Gibson.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth O. Gibson, a voluntary nurse during the war of the rebellion, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 21, 1890.
