CHAP. 1071.— An Act granting a pension to Wiatt ParishSeptember 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Wiatt Parish.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the conditions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Wiatt Parish, late a in the Black Hawk war, at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Approved, September 29, 1890.
