CHAP. 107.— An Act for the relief of William Carroll.April 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William Carroll.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized to place on the pension-roll the name of William Carroll, late a private in Company D. Thirty- sixth Ohio Veteran Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension, subject to the provisions ami limitations of the pension laws. Approved, April 21, 1890.
