CHAP. 1069.— An Act granting a pension to D. M. Miller.September 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,D. M. Miller.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of D. M. Miller, late a private in Company C, First Virginia Cavalry. Approved, September 29, 1890.
