CHAP. 1067.— An Act granting a pension to Jay Marvin.September 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Jay Marvin.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jay Marvin, late of Company D, First Regiment of United States Lancers, Michigan Cavalry. Approved, September 29, 1890.
